Please join us in congratulating our founder, Christopher Schwartz, on his recent appointment as a Magistrate Judge in Kootenai County. While we are sad we won't again have the opportunity to witness his unmatched advocacy for his clients, we are overjoyed for our community to benefit from his brilliant legal mind, compassion for others, and dedication to public service.

Schwartz/Gillihan will remain in operation in its current capacity until July 1, 2026, at which point the firm will transition to Gillihan Law at the same location.
